Angelic Jell-O Triffle


The simplicity of Jell-O makes this layered dessert even more appealing.

6 oz. pkg. strawberry Jell-O
2 cups water; boiling
1 cup water; cold
8 oz. whipped cream
2 cups Angel food cake; cubed
1 cups sliced strawberries

Dissolve Jell-O completely in boiling water. Stir in cold water. Pour into 9x13" pan. Refrigerate 3 hours until firm. Cut into 1/2" cubes. Place cubes in bottom of large glass dessert bowl. Layer with 1/2 of whipped cream, cake cubes, sliced strawberries and remaining whipped cream.

Note: Serves 6.
